We welcome your questions, comments and concerns.

As a patient or a family member, you have several options for handling your inquiries:

  • Provide information to the staff member giving care.
  • Contact the unit or department supervisor.
  • The department’s manager will help you in any way possible.
  • Fill out an “Dear GRH” card posted at many places within the hospital for a direct, confidential message to our president and chief executive officer. All “Dear GRH” cards are acknowledged.
