Greenville Regional Hospital is known for its exceptional patient care. We continually strive to improve how we treat each individual who comes through our doors.

We welcome your questions, comments and concerns.

As a patient or a family member, you have several options for handling your inquiries:

  • Provide information to the staff member giving care.
  • Contact the unit or department supervisor.
  • The department’s manager will help you in any way possible.
  • Fill out an “Ask Jim” card posted at many places within the hospital for a direct, confidential message to our president and chief executive officer. All “Ask Jim” cards are acknowledged.

Greenville Regional Hospital will bill your health insurance provider for any services received. All fees not covered by the health plan are due within or no later than 30 days from receipt of statement.

If you do not have health insurance coverage, or are concerned that you may be under-insured for the services received, we may be able to help. Greenville Regional Hospital’s Health Care Assistance Program is available for patients with accounts totaling $100 or more, if income guidelines are met.
