FOR OUR PATIENTS

ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission Process

Admission to the hospital must be requested by a physician who is a member of the medical staff. Your hospitalization must also meet criteria set forth by federal and state governmental agencies, as well as commercial health insurance providers. When you enter the hospital, admitting personnel will ask you to answer several questions. This information is necessary for billing and insurance. Some of the questions may not seem related to your current admission. Government regulations require us to ask you these questions. Your cooperation is appreciated.
