When someone you love needs care for a few hours or perhaps the day, consider Fair Oaks Adult Day Care. Fair Oaks Adult Day Care Program offers senior citizens an opportunity to socialize with their peers while providing respite to care giving families and friends.
Adult Day Care provides a structured program of coordinated health, social and rehabilitation services designed to meet individual needs.
The Fair Oaks Adult Day Care Program promotes independence and encourages families who are able to continue providing care at home.
Adult Day Care is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Adult Day Care provides:
- Nursing care and supervision
- Medication and monitoring
- Meals and nutritious snacks
- Daily activities
- A personal rest area
- Socialization with friends
- Community field trips
- Exercise programs
- Beauty and barber shop
Individual program will be arranged to provide Adult Day Care services on
- An hourly basis up to 4.5 hours
- 4.5 to 9 hours
- Daily or weekly schedules.
