Fair Oaks is a 108-bed, Illinois Department of Public Health licensed, skilled facility that accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and long-term care insurances. Other services include Respite Care, Hospice Care and Adult Day Care. Private and semi-private rooms are available.
