Emerald Pointe apartments have four design selections and a floor plan that best suits your needs. Each apartment features amenities to add to your comfort and care free living.

The Villas
at Emerald Pointe

All floor plans provide at least 1,600 square feet of living space on one level with no stairs and three-foot-wide doorways. Each villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full size appliances, an enclosed sunroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room.
Many options and choices are available to customize each villa to individual needs and preferences. Eight duplex sites are planned in this phase of development.
