We are proud to present The Villas at Emerald Pointe, an exquisite, carefree living choice for independent individuals 55 years and better. For the first time in Greenville, premier retirement duplexes will be available with maintenance free living. Residents of the villas will enjoy a feeling of warmth, friendship, comfort and security.
The Villas at Emerald Pointe feature spacious homes, attached garages and many features that one might not expect in a “retirement” home. The custom-made villas are being along Honey Locust Lane, on the northwest edge of the hospital’s campus, tucked away from the daily activity of the medical facility.
The site is within the City of Greenville limits.
Residents are just minutes away from golfing, indoor swimming, a movie theater, downtown shopping, area colleges, museums and many other benefits enjoyed by the 7,000 residents in this charming rural community. Attractions in St. Louis are less than an hour away.
The Emerald Pointe Site Committee, composed of business and community volunteers, conducted thorough research and learned from residents in other senior living communities which features they most value and what might be most appreciated by new villa residents. Many of those suggestions were added when planning The Villas at Emerald Pointe, he said.
The first villas are being built according to the residents’ preferences. The villas are available on a life-lease basis which offers a generous refund schedule. The first Villa is under construction and is expected to be occupied by July. Both sides of the first Villas duplex have been reserved.
All floor plans provide at least 1,600 square feet of living space on one level with no stairs and three-foot-wide doorways. Each villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full size appliances, an enclosed sunroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room.
