FAIR OAKS LONG TERM CARE 

Director of Nursing
: The Director of Nursing administers and manages nursing care activities and programs.

Qualified candidates will possess an Il Registered Nursing Licensure and two or more years of experience directing and managing nursing care in a long term care facility. Experience with IDPH, RAI, and CMS is required.

RN or LPN:Part time night shift 10:45p-7:00a position with every other weekend and rotating holidays. 

RN: Full-time day 6:45a-3:00p shift position with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

INFORAMTION TECHNOLOGY

IT Director: Full-time position managing and coordinating the development and maintenance of the organization’s computer information systems, network administration, network security, electronic health records, wireless network and phone systems. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or related degree. Three to five years of management experience in the information technology field. Five plus years of technical experience with servers and networks. Proven project management experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.

PATIENT CARE SERVICES

Night Shift Supervisor: Full time position 7p - 7a shift and 72 hours per pay period.The supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing activities for night shift Patient Care areas. Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. Previous charge nurse experience desired.

CNA Inpatient Care: Full-time night 7p-7a shift position with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

RN’s, LPN’s & CNA’s: Per Diem positions available for all shifts in Patient Care Services and Fair Oaks.

EMS Paramedic: PRN positions available. Must have current IDPH license with previous experience
preferred.

Athletic Trainer: Full time or part time position working closely with local school's sports programs. The athletic trainer will collaborate with physicians on a regular basis. Bachelors degree in Athletic Training or equivalent. Certified and in good standing by National Athletic Trainer Association or equivalent. Illinois
licensed preferred.

Patient Financial Services

Registration Representative: Part-time, various shiffts, 24 hours per pay period, some weekends and holidays required.

PHYSICIAN EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Greenville Regional Hospital has opportunities available for family medicine or internal medicine/pediatric physicians in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Our full-service facility will provide a unique opportunity for a hospitalist to utilize his/her full range of medical skills and knowledge, caring for patients of all ages. The hospitalist’s schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off, which will provide a flexible work environment, while expanding our capabilities to provide patients with a plan of care developed for their special healthcare needs.

For those interested in caring for patients in an outpatient setting, our local medical practice is seeking a physician to join their primary care group. With our newly developed hospitalist’s program firmly in place, providers will be able to focus on the health and well-being of patients at their office.

Greenville Regional Hospital will bill your health insurance provider for any services received. All fees not covered by the health plan are due within or no later than 30 days from receipt of statement.

If you do not have health insurance coverage, or are concerned that you may be under-insured for the services received, we may be able to help. Greenville Regional Hospital’s Health Care Assistance Program is available for patients with accounts totaling $100 or more, if income guidelines are met.
