GREENVILLE REGIONAL HOSPITAL WELCOMES VICKI KLOECKNER AS DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Greenville Regional Hospital has announced the appointment of Vicki Kloeckner, of Breese, as Director of Human Resources.
“Vicki will be a great addition to our Leadership Team,” said Michael Zilm, Interim President & CEO at Greenville Regional Hospital. “She has an extensive background in human resources and we’re excited to welcome her.”
Kloeckner has served as human resources manager at corporations in St. Louis as well as VNA-TIP HomeCare in Centralia. Most recently, she served as the senior human resources generalist at The Maschoffs in Carlyle.
Vicki Kloeckner earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Illinois State University in Normal and will receive her Master of Business Administration from McKendree University in Lebanon next month.
With over 470 employees, Greenville Regional Hospital is the largest employer in Bond County with an annual payroll of $16.4 million. Over half of Greenville Regional Hospital’s operating expenses consist of salaries and benefits for its employees; funds that turn over an average of five to six times before leaving the community. The Illinois Hospital Association estimates that this results in a $74.5 million impact on the local economy.
